Over 38 years of international and local organisational leadership and Board experience within institutional securities and the wealth management industry. Achievements include- Joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 to build their institutional securities business from start up- Board and Leadership roles in both Australian Wealth Management and Institutional Securities. Successfully created, transformed, and led wealth management and institutional businesses from start-up through to preeminent national businesses. This involved setting the strategic direction; creating infrastructure, hiring, managing risk/ governance and working with management teams through complex change processes to bring about material improvement in large-scale global equity and wealth operations. My experience includes 20 + years of Board Directorships; Global Distribution of Securities, Governance: Risk Management; Equity Capital Markets; and working closely with International Exchanges and Regulators- Inducted into the Stockbrokers Hall of Fame in 2015 and today sit on ASIC’s Market Disciplinary Panel (MDP) and the Financial Services Credit Panel (FSC).
