With a strategic mind-set that has been shaped by a 20+ year career with major brands including luxury icon Chanel,Estee Lauder and Aussie founder-led brand The Jojoba Company, I combine a deep understanding of fashion and beauty with a highly customer-centric approach to deliver profitable growth. This is underpinned by a generalist leadership skill-set that spans retail management, global sales, marketing and communications strategies, operational excellence, new product innovation and staff training/facilitation and engagement. While I have an ‘eye’ for success, there is more to business than a desirable brand. It takes great organisational structure, focus and culture. I work within and across functions to establish a robust and sustainable foundation for growth. From financial control and distribution to people and engagement, my core value is the ability to not only envisage where we are going, but also map out how we are going to get there.
