About Ian Cochran

Ian Cochran is currently a Partner at Logic Commercial Real Estate. Ian joined Logic Commercial Real Estate as a Vice President in April 2018. Specializing in investment sales and leasing of Retial properties, Ian has 14 years of real estate experience in northern Nevada. Prior to joining Logic, Ian was a Senior Advisor for SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates where in 2017 he was recognized for reaching the SVN Achiever Level ranking him among the top 100 SVN Advisors out of 1,600 individuals nationwide. Ian is the Past President of the CCIM Northern Nevada Chapter and has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member for over ten years. Ian is actively involved in northern Nevada Real Estate and community programs as an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves on the Development Committee for the Discovery Museum. Ian obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2008. He is an active Alumni of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity as well as an active supporter of the University of Nevada. Born and raised in Reno, Ian is a 4th generation Nevadan and has an extensive family background and expertise in the Reno-Tahoe area. When Ian is not in the office he is a true, battle born Nevadan who enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking.
