About Ian Collett

I have been in the Water Hygiene Industry for close to 15 years, working on a large range of contracts, that include all types of businesses and properties. During my time in the industry, I have achieved various qualifications that are both Plumbing and Water Hygiene focused. This has led me to acquire experience working on anything from small private dwellings to large commercial and industrial sites. My Water Hygiene qualifications include, Legionella Risk Assessment with City & Guilds accreditations in Legionella Awareness within Evaporative Cooling Systems, Low Risk Confined Spaces, and WH004 Risk Assessment for Legionella Control. I received Level 2 and 3 NVQ's in Mechanical Engineering Services (plumbing) as well as Level 2 and Certs inn the same. Working for two previous Water Hygiene companies I have covered the majority of the UK and picked up a wealth of knowledge and understanding of water systems and all relating to them. I have since taken up a role with Acorn, who are a well established and reputable Environmental company, which has opened up a whole new job role with great potential. In my spare time I very much enjoy pretending I'm a chef and knocking up "recipes" at home for family and friends. Spending time with said people is priceless and I like to ensure time is always made for such things.
