I am an Experienced EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) professional with over 15 years of expertise in safety management and operations across diverse industries, including mining, data centers, and construction. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, conducting incident investigations, and managing training initiatives that foster a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance. In my recent role as Regional Manager EHS Canada with Hut 8 Mining Corp, I led safety operations across multiple locations, managed large operational and safety budgets, and ensured compliance with safety regulations. I optimized data center operations, improved efficiency, and addressed vital safety and production challenges. I bring a strong foundation in leadership, having managed teams of up to 40 personnel, and am skilled in problem-solving, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
