About Ian Conroy

I bring unique, rare long term value to the Information Technology field with a lifetime of passionately working and playing in computers and mobile devices. Previously I completed a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and worked in mental health and customer service. I have demonstrated high levels of empathy, active listening, de-escalation, HIPAA compliance and information security, positively repositioning difficult situations and more. While I did not always work in IT, I have a rare talent, having learned the CLI and basic UI operations as a 5 year old kid. This background serves me well in turning stressful situations into better days for colleagues and clients of all backgrounds in tech.
