About Ian Dangallo

From 2016 - 2018, I worked at Grain to Glass as a bartender/server. Through the time I've spent there, I've learned enough to be certified as a Cicerone level 1. I have worked in the service industry for the past 3 years, holding various positions in both FOH and BOH operations. Prior to that, I attended the University of Texas Pan American for 2.5 years. There I studied Civil Engineering, where I covered topics including - but not limited to - Materials of Construction/Engineering, Statics and Dynamics, and Civil Engineering Systems Analysis. While enrolled at UTPA, I was affiliated with Tau Kappa Epsilon, one of the nations largest collegiate fraternities. I held the officer position of Vice President of Communications, where I was tasked with maintaining communications between my chapter and the organization's national chapter, as well as composing meeting minutes, and distributing said minutes among all chapter members.
