Twenty-five years of increasing technical, managerial and business development responsibility in the Oil & Gas, shipbuilding and automotive industries. Eight years of providing advice and services to technical clients within taxation and engineering consulting firms. A clear and demonstrable passion for the marine environment, an appreciation of its underlying science and technology, and respect for those who develop and operate these vessels. A naval architectural background and shipyard/shop floor experience is combined with a detailed knowledge of leading the development of advanced technological solutions across the enterprise supply chain, from design concept to in service support. Currently deploying technical and commercial expertise to the engineering development, fabrication/assembly and commissioning of complex Oil & Gas skid package and Navy procurement programmes. A collaborative, customer-centric approach seeks to establish and maintain project partnerships and long-term relationships. Applying Project Management principles aims to coordinate all internal and external stakeholder efforts by solidifying requirements, setting priorities and influencing progress to meet deliveries, performance metrics and to protect margins.
