As the Managing Partner at Dember Law, a law firm that serves a diverse clientele, I have over 10 years of experience in delivering effective and efficient solutions to complex legal problems. I have a J.D. from Elon University and a ROP certification, which demonstrate my legal expertise and results oriented approach. My core competencies include legal research, legal writing, negotiation, mediation, and trial advocacy. In my current role, I handle various civil cases, such as landlord/tenant, real estate, personal injury, and workers compensation. I work with clients from different backgrounds and industries, and I tailor my strategy to suit their needs and goals. I conduct thorough legal research, draft persuasive pleadings and motions, negotiate favorable settlements, and represent clients in court hearings and trials. I also collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals, and mentor junior associates. One of my recent achievements was securing a large contract for a client in a competitive bidding process, thanks to my ROP certification and negotiation skills. I am passionate about advancing the cause of justice and serving the public interest, and I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as a former councilman and a business management graduate.
