About Ian Dent

I have served in a wide variety of roles in ministry for nearly thirty years. I currently serve as a Co-Pastor at Three Rivers Church in St. Marys, GA. I handle the administrative functions at our church including policy, finances, facility management, and the day to day operations of the church. As a follower of Christ, I seek to train fellow believers to be authentic in their walk of faith by connecting people to God through passionate study of His Word. Too many professing believers are not able to articulate their fundamental beliefs or how they're developed so I like to take a personal approach to discipleship by investing in people. My goal is for the people of God to live out their faith by becoming students of God's Word and applying what they learn to their daily lives. I truly believe that people can discover truth for themselves! Specialties- Preaching God's Word in verse by verse exposition in messages that are timely and applicable for today- Able to identify personal problem areas through formal and informal counseling and provide biblical solutions- Establishing and achieving realistic organizational goals.
