Ian graduated with a 1.1 MA in European History from Maynooth University in 2015. He began his recruitment career in his hometown of Wexford as an administrator and market researcher for a local recruitment agency.In late 2016 Ian moved to Dublin and began working as a recruitment administrator in the construction recruitment sector. Since then he has gained significant experience in construction recruitment and has a good understanding of the construction, engineering, and design industries in Ireland.Within DesignBuild Search, Ian’s role is to provide resource support to the team including: market research; candidate sourcing; client generation; and database management.
