Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in financial development and organizational leadership from Lander University, slated for completion in December 2024. This program has equipped me with advanced strategic thinking and management capabilities, preparing me to navigate the complexities of today's business landscape with confidence and proficiency. In my current role as the Associate Resident Camp Director at YMCA Camp Cherokee, I oversee the operational aspects of the camp, including staff management, program development, and conference and retreat facilitation. Through effective leadership and collaboration, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing the camp experience for both staff and campers, while also ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
