About Ian Ho

Having worked in small to mid-size B2B companies has given me the privilege to learn, plan and execute on all facets of marketing. From online marketing, analytics, product launches, trade shows and developing sales training tools, I have experience and skill in most areas of marketing. A core strength of my marketing skillset is content creation. I believe one of the most important things in being a marketer is being able to communicate with your audience. Being able to create unique, concise and relevant content is one the key challenges in being a marketer. Working in smaller companies has allowed me to make an observable and measureable impact which I can be proud of. One area of marketing which I never expected to embrace and enjoy is the analytics. I have become fond (and successful) in analyzing and implementing different methods of driving conversions through social media, content optimization and others. My enjoyment as a marketer doesn’t just come from generating leads, but converting on them. Finally, my greatest achievements and satisfactions come from being able to work with product managers and engineering teams on product launches. My greatest contribution to Wexxar has likely been developing a marketing plan for each and every product launch. From initial market research, to working with designers on names and looks of machinery, to developing all related marketing material and finally trade shows, these projects have been fun, tiring and rewarding.
