My work received the AMEA Service Management Award because of my exceptional client dedication while I supported high profile infrastructure projects that earned VESPAA recognition for project excellence. As Hospitality Operations Manager I direct multiple properties through daily operations and control smart home systems while developing pricing plans and executing service quality programs. I use my IT experience to enhance operational efficiency through automation and platform integration of property management software which results in a smooth guest experience.
