I have a passion for working with mission or purpose-driven organizations, who are laser-focused on their customers' problems and needs. I explore, ideate, design and implement business and product strategies and solutions that deliver value to the organizations I support. Be it as an external consultant or internal staff member. To do this, I focus on understanding the customer, establishing and aligning on objectives and key results, building outstanding cross-functional teams, measuring what matters and adapting accordingly as we learn. I have been blessed to have held several leadership positions in business strategy, product management, project management, business analysis, corporate finance and in strategy & technology consulting. I have also been exposed to a variety of organizations in the corporate, non-profit and public sector spaces. I was most recently a Strategist for AgileCPA Professional Corporation, a small, tech-forward, GTA-based accounting firm, with the mission of ensuring our clients' financial success by implementing modern, cloud-based, Digital technologies. I established our working business model, long-term strategy, business strategy and measurement and evaluation framework (e.g, Key Performance Indicators, Balanced Scorecard).Prior to AgileCPA, I was an Associate Director and Digital Product Manager with WE Charity, supporting the WE Schools business. I was the Product Manager of the WE Schools Teacher Hub, an engagement platform for civically-minded educators, for both the North America and UK. I was also is a strategic adviser to WE Schools during their digital transformation.I've developed an affinity to working with smaller and medium-sized organizations looking to break-through to the next level.
