GitHub.com/ian-kibet As a Senior NodeJS Developer, I work on developing scalable and high-performance web applications using NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB. I also collaborate with the frontend team to integrate VueJS components and REST APIs. Some of the projects I have contributed to include a social media platform, an e-commerce site, and a chatbot service. As a DevOps Engineer at Vue Analytics, I manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based data analytics solutions using Google Kubernetes Engine, OpenID Connect, and Mongoose ODM. I also ensure the quality and security of the codebase by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews. I have helped to improve the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of the data systems by optimizing the performance, reducing the costs, and resolving the issues. I graduated from Maseno University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Education with IT. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in programming, web development, and data analysis. I also learned how to apply IT skills to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. I have a passion for innovation and problem-solving, and I constantly seek to learn new technologies and frameworks. I have recently studied Flutter and developed cross-platform mobile applications using Dart and Firebase. I am ready to showcase my work upon request and start working in less than a week after notice.
