I am an independent reward transformation consultant and professional interim. I work with Executive & HR leadership teams to help evolve and future proof their reward programs to enable them to recruit, retain, engage and nurture talent in an ever changing world. My particular areas of professional interest are:* How employers can meet the needs of an increasingly age diverse workforce and provide a high quality employee experience for all * Navigating the complexities and impact of increased regulation on reward programs * Understanding & educating leaders of the importance of intrinsic motivators in the way people are rewarded and how reward is underpinned by effective leadership * Achieving success with communications and applying learning style methodologies to reward communication mechanisms. I hold an MBA from Cranfield University in addition to the CIPD qualification.
