Since leaving the Army in 2003 after completing 22 years service, I have been working in highly regulated environments which are subject to strict policies, legislative compliance, accurate documentation, and regular ISO audits. Trust, honesty, reliability, accountability, and the ability to work with people were paramount to my success in the roles and positions I have held to date. I am hands on, and performance driven with an emphasis on teamwork, security, adaptability, reliability, flexibility, and interdepartmental cooperation. I have well over 19 years of Managerial experience with Irish owned and Multinational Companies. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet challenging and tight deadlines. I have excellent organisational, decision-making, problem solving and negotiation skills along with excellent time management skills. I am technically minded which assists with understanding & managing complex projects. I have extensive experience in managing transportation/logistical & security requirements, having had to schedule, roster and plan in environments where there was absolutely no room for error. I completed a Fetac courses for the Pharma, Bio-Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Sectors, where I gained expertise in cGMP and the US FDA.
