I got into marketing because I genuinely enjoy it. Wild, I know, but there's something about building cool stuff with passionate people that's always clicked for me. As an eCommerce marketing leader with 5+ years experience, I've worked across fashion & retail, supplements, sports, and tech, leading strategies that increase customer LTV and revenue while reducing CAC. I'm especially drawn to retention because it's where data, creativity, and human behavior all intersect. These days, I'm the Senior Retention Manager at PSD, overseeing email, SMS, push, direct mail, and loyalty (plus whatever else I can get my hands on). I've scaled these programs to drive meaningful revenue lifts, rebuilt our loyalty engine to boost repurchase rates, and implemented AI tools that transform workflow efficiency and campaign performance. But beyond the numbers, I care deeply about team culture, thoughtful execution, and the people I get to work with. The relationships I've built along the way are what I'm most proud of.
