I am a practical, inquisitive and creative person in my final year of degree education in mechanical engineering at the University of Bath. My time as an engineering intern at Ilmor Engineering Ltd has helped me develop strong CAD, manufacturing, testing and design skills, as well as experience working in a professional environment.At university I have been very involved with a number of projects and societies. This includes being one of the lead engineers for Team Bath Heart, helping to develop a fully implantable total artificial heart design for the Heart Hackathon competition. I have also chaired the Bath University Guides and Scouts society. This involved planning, organising and running weekly events, including camping trips, volunteering opportunities and adventurous activities.
