I believe that I can easily transition my skills and background, from various career fields, to synergistically apply and thrive within multiple industries. I will bring my experience in customer service management and direct client communications. Both of which have been applied in the corporate retail sales and construction management spaces. I can utilize my experience in problem solving and operational excellence to increase productivity in a thriving business environment. I possess expertise in staff management and can help motivate and optimize performance from employees/colleagues. Additionally, I have an aptitude for interpersonal communications when interacting with corporate clients, franchisees, existing / new potential accounts, and front-line customer interactions. With my background in sales where I spent 14 years with the same company - Max Muscle Sports Nutrition (Max One Nutrition)- I achieved a position in Regional Management, after beginning my employment 15 years prior as a stock associate and working my way up the chain. During this time, I helped to increase revenue and implement business building tools and services. I have organized and facilitated many local community events, as well as large scale fitness expo events in the Bay Area. I was also responsible for corporate oversight, conducting system wide conference calls & training, contract enforcement and training seminars. Additionally, I have a recent 2 years’ experience as a carpenter and job site manager for a San Francisco Bay Area based construction company, Robinson Renovations. During this time, I specialized in framing and finish carpentry, while also performing functions including – concrete, door/ window installation, appliance installations. I have met directly with clients, designers and architects for onsite review and design meetings. I am very skilled at understanding the needs of a business plan, and performing proper execution and delegation. I am a San Francisco native with a very deep and diverse professional and social network, these relationships exist throughout multiple industries. I have a strong customer service-oriented mentality. I am team driven and focused. I am hoping to fit in a role with a company that will allow me to use my strengths to help achieve all goals set.
