Background

About Ian Reilly

As a Consultant at ERM in Bangkok, I support companies across Asia-Pacific in navigating complex sustainability challenges. My work spans corporate sustainability disclosures (including CSRD, GRI, and ISSB), climate risk and resilience assessments, just transition and workforce transformation strategy, environmental and human rights due diligence, and uncertainty assessments of corporate emissions portfolios to facilitate third-party assurance. I bring a strong focus on integrating social science, climate policy, and quantifiable risk insights into actionable sustainability strategies for clients across finance, energy, food and agriculture, and heavy industry sectors. Previously, I served as a Research Fellow with the U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development, where I led the design of climate resilience frameworks and tools in collaboration with federal, tribal, and local stakeholders.
