People Focused- Created an extensive training plan for healthcare professionals including physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, pharmacists, physical therapists, and audiologists across multiple specialties (Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology, Pediatrics, Plastic Surgery, ENT). Clear and efficient onboarding allowed the volunteer providers to operate in the clinic process quickly-Cultivated cross-cultural partnerships through onsite and online support, traveling 6-8 times annually to Guatemala to provide onsite support and guidance at surgical hospitals and rural clinics in Guatemala. Collaborated with US healthcare professionals, local Guatemalan volunteers, and local medical personnel, including administrators, to ensure seamless operations and optimal care delivery. Broad-Based Experience-Managed a diverse portfolio of projects and platforms to support fundraising, supply chain, volunteer management, finance, and program departments including vendor contract negotiations, upgrades, maintenance, and user support of platforms-Collaborated with the Board of Directors and IT Committee to develop and execute strategic plans for organizational transformation. Led discussions to ensure alignment with best practices, securing buy-in through clear, data-driven presentations. Actively engaged board members in the planning and execution phases, presenting updates and leveraging their expertise to refine and execute initiatives.
