I have over 25 years’ experience in business analysis, business management, project management and program management in roles within the insurance industry, in transport accident and work place compensation, government, personal injury, rehabilitation, banking, utility, distribution, transport and health related areas. I have excellent people management and negotiation skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and at all levels of management. My stakeholder management skills are exceptional. I have regularly undertaken stakeholder management up to executive management level, including Chief Executive level. I have strong methodology experience, having participated in many projects using components of the Fujitsu Macroscope methodology. I have also used PMBOK and Prince2 based methodologies. This methodology based approach to projects has ensured that I have the knowledge and skills to manage projects of many types. My work as a project manager has involved close liaison with clients and users to define business problems and identify appropriate solutions that can be successfully implemented. My ability to communicate with users, technical staff and senior management has been a fundamental advantage in the implementation of new systems and workplace changes.
