As a Customer Service Specialist at Sun Auto Tire & Service, I provide exceptional customer service and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also support the sales and operations teams with various tasks and projects, such as inventory management, scheduling, and quality control. With my Siebel CRM certification, I am able to leverage data and insights to optimize customer interactions and retention. Prior to joining Sun Auto Tire, I was the General Manager at Valvoline Inc. for over nine years, where I led a team of 25 employees and oversaw all aspects of the business, including financial performance, customer relations, marketing, and compliance. I achieved strong results in all measurable categories, exceeding company goals and expectations. I also promoted several of my team members to their leadership roles, demonstrating my commitment to developing and empowering others. I am currently pursuing my Master of Divinity degree at Asbury Theological Seminary, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in divinity and ministry. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Asbury University, where I learned the principles and practices of effective and ethical leadership. I am passionate about serving and helping others, and I seek to apply my customer service and leadership expertise to make a positive impact in the world.
