I have performed most jobs within a warehouse that include Picking orders, Forklift driver, Despatch checker, Receipt checker, and Staff trainer in these various rolls and Team Co-Ordinator, Systems Team Co-Ordinator and Relief Team Leader. I also have experience with Excel and Word and with Warehouse systems WMS, SAP and VQC bookings etc. Over the many years I’ve worked for Woolworths I’ve worked my way to my current roll that is Team Co-Ordinator/Relief Team Leader, in this roll I’m responsible for many staff. As a Coordinator I plan the right amount staff to get the job done. As a Co-Ordinator I am responsible for any problems my team may have and do my best to help them to keep the team always working at its best. Being a receipt Co-Ordinator for many years I have had to handle and deal with outside inquiries from suppliers and transport companies. OTHER SKILLS My background in the mechanical trade started when I was still at school, on the holidays I would work for my brother, he would teach me to rebuild gearboxes and diffs etc. At first, I would remove the gearboxes and strip and wash them and as time went on, I rebuilt them as well. After that I got a job as a suspension mechanic where I learnt many other skills. I have good MIG welding experience and I can also Spray paint. HOBBIES My hobbies include anything that involves getting dressed up in my medieval gear and medieval festivals. I`ve been in few movies as an extra, which is good fun. I enjoy tinkering on my old car and taking it out as much as I can. And love any time I can get with my grandkids, and my two whippets.
