About Ian Staples

I have been involved in the provision of wireless communication solutions for approximately 20 years. Predominantly these solutions have been based on Motorola two way radio systems and subscriber units, however, in recent years has evolved in to providing turnkey solutions that are dependent to the end user requirements. These requirements often need integration with other communication services and IP criteria. Working with Telechnics Pty Ltd allows the ability to provide a range of products and services which can be designed to specific purposes or simply supplied as needed. As a BDM, the skill sets required to ensure the successful delivery and total customer satisfaction for these services are based on strong communication abilities and attention to detail. The role requires interaction with all parties involved, including the client, consultants, contractors and the internal project teams. Key personnel within these groups include engineers, operations, IT, procurement, finance and the end user.
