I am Ian Starkey, Chairman and Managing Director of fee-based financial planners Starkey Financial Planning which has been based in Blackheath, South East London since 2007. In the last five years we have built up a significant local presence, and it is my key aim to be the logical choice for those in the local community who want professional financial planning advice. I have been in this business over 40 years. I am both a Chartered Financial Planner and a Certified Financial Planner.
