As an IT Professional, I was able to develop automation scripts that are continually being used in the day-to-day store operations that helped the company to save cost and to reduce time and effort of the existing process. I was also able to administer new business unit incorporating existing IT infrastructure, systems and software components being used in Robinsons retail. I am passionate about developing process optimization and automation, creating and managing data backup solution. I was once become a key member of project implementations, providing IT end-user support, quality assurance (QA) for new hardware and software.
