I believe that the secret to successful shiftwork rostering is the balance between business, employee and health & safety needs. So I've built a consulting career around working with organisations, their employees, and the latest knowledge about fatigue and alertness, to develop rosters which will last. • Unearthing insights through business analysis • Sharing insights and opportunities with management teams and bringing employees onto the same page • Putting together the case and the plan for changing • Designing shiftwork rosters to capture the potential benefits • Managing to get the change processes with employees • Educating employees and management about managing fatigue My clients include BHPBilliton, Origin Energy, SBS, Corrections Victoria, Svitzer Towage, Bechtel, Energex, Gladstone Port Corporation, Lion Nathan, Rio Tinto, Incitec Pivot, McConnell Dowell, Queensland Health, and Woodside My training ground was Operations and Management in industrial environments. Combining this with formal learning in business, organisational development and communications. And complemented by 8 years(so far) of volunteer experience in training and leading for the VoRTCS organisation who home-tutor newly settled refugee families.
