About Ian Theodore

My experience covers a broad range of construction styles and scopes including, roads and bridges, stadiums, airports, class A office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. I specialize in information technology and associated special systems and its infrastructure in the construction process however I have extensive experience managing multiple building disciplines and subcontractors, providing hands-on AOA airport and transit experience, and constructability knowledge. I have managed consultants during pre-construction and the transfer to construction. As a Project Manager, I am responsible for key project support activities including the following: contracting, document controls, submittals, shop drawings, vendor/subcontractor invoicing, change orders and scheduling. I have taken the lead on past projects in M/WBE recruitment and participation as well as project startup and logistics. Over the last two decades (one decade of which is airports) I have been responsible for contracting, document controls, submittals, show drawings, cost management, vendor/subcontractor invoicing, change orders, quality control and scheduling, leading in D/M/WBE recruitment, participation & capacity growth, as well as marketing, proposal writing, project startup and logistics. In addition I was manager of technology for a medium-sized company.
