For me, the key to learning is to truly understand the purpose and the consequences of your actions. I deliver on all aspects of learning and development. From in-class facilitation to user guides and online training. What drives me is the ability to see exactly what people need and how to get them there. My expertise is in determining who my audience is, and how best to get the message across. Starting with the right questions and talking to the right people is what helped me deliver on projects to successfully move business units overseas and help launch numerous systems and procedures. My easy to understand and visually engaging written materials provide ongoing user support long after the program delivery. I have also planned multiple corporate learning-based events while staying committed to regulatory practices and budgetary concerns. It all boils down to the way I take pride and ownership of my work, ensuring that I deliver the highest possible quality and with the greatest degree of accuracy.
