Player Support/Community Manager specialist & Educator/Mentor, previously worked with Wildlife Studios as a Senior Product Coordinator (Project Owner/Manager). Passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences, I am an experienced Project Manager and Community Manager with a strong Game Design background. With a deep understanding of the industry, I excel at orchestrating the development process from concept to launch, ensuring smooth project execution and delivering exceptional games on time and within budget. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed diverse projects, mostly in mobile games. My expertise lies in seamlessly integrating game design principles with effective project management strategies. By fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, I have consistently led teams to deliver high-quality games that exceed expectations. Once the games have successfully launched, I remain on the project to work closely with Engineers, QA, Monistation, to Player Support agents, answering tickets from players by creating FAQs read by over players a week to internal knowledge base articles to help answer tickets faster. As a Community Manager, I am dedicated to building and nurturing communities that thrive on positive interactions and shared enthusiasm. I am adept at creating and implementing community engagement strategies, fostering open lines of communication, and providing exceptional player support. By facilitating meaningful interactions and listening to the community's feedback, I ensure that players feel valued and heard, fostering a strong sense of loyalty and dedication to the games I work on. I not only do this in my current and previous roles, I also do this in my spare time by creating and hosting in-person gaming events.
