A motivated and adaptable Chartered Architectural Technologist, with experience in developing and managing projects from inception to completion. Ability to react to the changes needed in response to design, construction, legislative and financial factors within schemes. Adeptness to understand the stakeholders’ needs and successfully deliver multiple projects. Key Experience : Managing projects throughout the design and construction phases. Working within Multi-Disciplinary organisations and for private consultants Wide-ranging experience of project development and delivery for RIBA Stages 1-7 Understanding post-completion Facilities Management and client needs Working closely with external consultants to deliver projects Extensive knowledge of building types and construction methodology Development and adaptation of projects on site so as to minimise disruption and programme delays. Have over 30 years experience within the construction industry, have worked within a variety of sectors including residential, education, industrial, commercial, stadia and manufacturing for both private and public sector clients. Worked on a wide range of building types - traditional, steel / timber / concrete frame and system built - and have extensive experience and understanding of external envelope technologies. Have worked on both new build and refurbishment projects. Work has been delivered primarily using Autocad, and in the past few years exclusively using REVIT. Looking to continue this progression and expand my REVIT / BIM knowledge as far as I can go.
