About Ian Wardle

Having worked in the UK for a number of years I relocated to Ireland in early 2007 and I have now gained almost 25 years experience in the commercial property market. My current position is within an internal Real Estate Advisory team in Bank of Ireland where I have overall responsibility for the team's real estate market tracking and research with a focus on forward looking market risk. I provide consultancy advice on both new lending opportunities and properties and portfolios in the bank's existing charge. Earlier in my career I worked for large international property companies in both the UK and Republic of Ireland and became specialised in commercial valuation dealing with all asset types and across all sectors with a particular emphasis on funds and large multi let investments and shopping centres. I was responsible for property valuations on behalf of a large number of lending institutions, property and pension funds, commercial occupiers and private individuals.
