Cisco certification is a personal professional project i have been working on for a few years, unfortunately i had to take some time out for family reasons but i’m now back on track & currently working part time in a customer focused & technical Automotive roll at Andrew Page. Whilst at BT-Openreach worked on a range of specialist projects in the "FVR/MI/Copper" Installation and Fault reduction project At Jupiter systems i had been an installation engineer & progressed to “Technology Manager” & at Charterhouse School i started my Career as "Junior Network Administrator" and Throughout I have constantly strived to further my knowledge of networking and core systems that help connect businesses. Strong and professional customer service skills gained at management level in retail and an excellent package of skills snd knowledge to bring to an employer. Starting Cisco CCNA has been hugely helpful in understanding software and protocols that control a network and provided a greater understanding of Routers, switches and how they behave on the network. 2011 started contract with Openreach through Kelly Communication and put theory and practical knowledge into my work on a daily basis, due to my expertise I am valued by management due to high completion rates and one of the most experienced technicians in the business. Presently studying towards Cisco *CCNA & CCIE qualifications. I am seeking new role challenges and professional under pressure. Specialities: TCP/IP, VLSM, Cisco ios, DNS, VLSM, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Server 2007/10, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Office (all phases).
