With over 25 years of diverse experience in the fields of archives, information and knowledge management, and history, I've had the privilege of working across corporate environments, museums, not-for-profits, and member associations, consistently achieving transformative results. As a leader in program development and team management, I've guided numerous initiatives that have left an indelible mark on the organizations I've served. My track record includes spearheading archival programs, managing knowledge assets, and preserving historical heritage while driving policy development and innovation in records and information management. My success is highlighted by my expertise in digitization, electronic information management, and creating remote work solutions for the digital age. One of my crowning achievements has been at the Ontario Medical Association (OMA), where I've driven cutting-edge practices in archival management, records retention, and memory projects. I'm particularly proud of the "In-Time Information Access & Research" model, the Ontario Doctors Memory Project, and the Knowledge & Records Centre I've developed, transforming the way the organization interacts with its rich history. Additionally, my role as a Director on the Board of the Canadian Ski Hall of Fame & Museum allows me to contribute to preserving and promoting our sporting heritage. I've been leading the Archives Committee, focusing on modernizing archival approaches, ensuring accessibility to historical records, and driving strategic marketing and communications initiatives. My educational background, with a Master's degree in History with a concentration in Archival Studies, further underpins my expertise in managing historical records and contributing to published works. I've been an active member of professional associations such as AIIM, ISHA, and CASH, staying engaged with the latest industry trends.
