These introductions tend to be all about the person talking about themselves. As I embark on a new stage in my career, I thought that I would find out a bit more about myself. I'm sure most of you will have heard of the Enneagram test; well, I took it and this is what it said about me. My top score was The Enthusiast, followed closely by The Achiever and The Helper. The Enthusiast has a desire for freedom and variety, which is certainly me. They are also extrovert, enthusiastic and outgoing. I'm in good company as I share The Enthusiast with Galileo (did he take the test!), JFK, Mick Jagger, Robin Williams, Cameron Diaz, Elton John, the Dalai Lama and Simon Cowell! Equally important, I'm not The individualist, The Peacemaker or The Investigator. Which probably explains why I still love working in advertising and communications. Since standing down as the MD of Tribe Global last year, I have started working with some fabulous people with brilliant businesses (most are listed below), which I find exhilarating. My personality is an enthusiast, achiever and helper. My experience is in advertising and communications. And a particular skill-set is international business. That's me.
