I am currently a Senior Manager – Executive Consultant at ISM. I am an IIBA CBAP® certified Senior Business Analyst, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Microsoft Azure certified professional (Administrator, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect) with many years of experience in the development, implementation, and support for a wide range of web-based, client/server and cloud-based information systems. My roles have included oversight of cloud delivery services, setting business analysis practice strategic direction, mentorship/coaching, senior business analysis roles, project management, quality assurance testing, user training, and executive-level consultative collaboration and leadership. I am focused on customer service and project success to achieve desired strategic business outcomes. I have a proven track record of working effectively with project team members, senior management, and external stakeholders. I am a teammate and leader with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and solid communication skills.
