About Iane Widmann

With over 10 years in HR, I’ve seen a bit of everything, except maybe a unicorn in the office (but hey, it’s 2025, never say never;). I love helping people find the right roles, grow in their careers, and feel like they belong. Recruiting is at the heart of what I have done so far, whether finding great talent for niche roles, building strong relationships with stakeholders, or making the candidate experience feel more personal and less like a process. I’ve also had a bit of a hand in employer branding, onboarding, internal mobility, leadership programs and project management, basically anything that helps people and teams thrive as well as business growth. I bring a Psychology degree, a Postgrad in Coaching, and an MBA into the mix, which means I understand both people and business. And while HR can get a little buzzwordy, I do my best to keep things real, human, and sometimes even funny.
