Overall, I have 22 1/2 years of Upholstery Experience. Most recently 14 1/2 years of Aircraft interior refurbishment, including Cabin and crewseats, lavatories, curtains, divans, as well as misc items. We also do medical aircraft conversations. The past 4 years I have also gained experience with stripping, repairing and recovering Cabin headliners, windowlines, drinkrails, and baggage compartments. 4 years experience in a private Upholstery shop in Washington state where I reupholstered automotive, motorcycle, snowmobile, tractor seats, furniture, misc repairs, even made a set of cushions for a sailboat. 4 years experience in a Furniture Factory, where I gained great experience with material direction and excellent pattern layout. I have a CAN DO ATTITUDE, am extremely motivated, and Love to work with Problem Solvers who are continually looking for new and better ways to IMPROVE. Excellent patterning and pattern layout, attention to detail, sewing and installing skills. Sewing experience on many types of industrial walking foot sewing machines including Juki, Pfaff, Adler, Double needle, pneumatic long arm and sergers. Working with leather, medical vinyl, vinyl, ultraleathers and fabrics. Blueprint reading, good understanding of fireblock certifications. Also possess retail sales management experience, as well as secretarial/data entry for the Department of Health and Human Services. Many years experience in manufacturing, including inspection for 3M and Molex as well as Injection Molding machine operator at 3M.
