Strong background on small, medium and big Project Management System including Planning, Scheduling, Cost & Budget Assessment, Field Executing, Commissioning and Project Report & Documentation. Hands-on experience on Project Management, Cost Budgeting, Field Project Execution, Product and Process Integration, Manufacturing Issues, Quality Aspects, Human Empowering, Product Design and Tooling Improvements.
