About Ibrahim Alawadhi

I currently work as the CEO of Aayan Real Estate Company, a public shareholding company listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange with a total paid up capital of KD 41.5 million, from 2013 and as a board member also from 2018. I am also the deputy Chairman of Anan Real Estate Finance Company and board member in both Hajar Tower Real Estate Company and The Spot Real Estate Company in Egypt. I previously worked as the CEO of Abyaar Qatar Real Estate Company and as Chairman of Inshaa Holding Company that is specialized in construction materials. In addition, and from 2005 to 2011, I worked in Al-Mader Finance and Investment Company in both Real Estate and Investment Department and become a Chairman and Managing Director of Pack N Move Holding Company during that period (A subsidiary of Al-Madar Finance and Investment Company). Also, I worked in Agility at the beginning of my career as a site engineer. I am currently the chairman of Kuwait Real Estate Association and a board member in both Kuwait Engineers Association and Kuwait Real Estate Evaluators Association. I have bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and master’s degree in Business Administration.
