About Ibrahim Mohsen

At Skillupmena, our team excels in guiding high-value clients to product mastery, ensuring their journey from onboarding to full-scale adoption is seamless and personalized. My role as a Customer Success Manager centers on developing activation strategies that resonate with Learning & Development needs, while leveraging churn analysis to safeguard client retention. We foster growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, aligning with our clients' evolving requirements. My tenure at Nagwa prior to joining Skillupmena instilled a strong foundation in delivering product support and executing client education initiatives. The organization benefited from my focused approach to managing contract renewals and the establishment of a comprehensive onboarding program. These experiences have honed my skills in Learning Management Systems and Learning & Development solutions, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction remain at the forefront of our service delivery.
