PACTware for KROHNE OPTIFLEX Level, Foxboro ECKARDT positioner FDM system Frequency-Division Multiplexing Honeywell DCS system, ABB 800xA system, ABB Safeguard 400 Superintendent the Weekly and Daily work order to shift leader engineers with CMMS Maximo system Control valves and valve accessories including calibration and Trouble shooting for the following valves ( Bomafa – STI –CCI - Samson–Neles– Fisher- Auma- Arcapro- Xomox- Masoneilan). PH, Conductivity, SiO2, Gas chromatograph (Daniel, Yokogawa), MLT Analyzers (CH4, O2, H2, NH3, CO, CO2) calibration and Trouble shooting. Shutdown coordinator for all MOPCO annual turnaround. Responsible for urea, granulation & paging plant at 2009 annual shutdown. Responsible at 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 annual shutdown, for ammonia plant, compressor house, Bently Nevada vibration system and Woodward speed governor.
