A lawyer with more than 20 years experience in corporate and commercial laws. Advocate, who also could appear before the tax court; a registered Intellectual Property Rights Consultant. Member of (i) The Indonesian Bar Association (IKADIN),(ii) International Trademark Association Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Free Trade Agreement Commission,(iv) Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and (v) Indonesian Anti Counterfeiting Society. Lecturing at the Law School, University of Al Azhar (Jakarta) on International Trade Law Subject. Invited in many classes as guess lecturer at (i) Institut Pengembangan Manejemen Indonesia – for post graduate studies,(ii) Economic School, Trisakti University – for Accountant Specialist Education Police Academy (Sekolah Polisi Negara – Lido, Sukabumi), and (iv) several public companies for Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Ethical Conduct. Ever appointed as advisor to the examination team formed by Center for Legal and Policy Studies (Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan), with the support of Australian Agency for International Development, to analyze judgments of the Commercial Court of Central Jakarta and the Supreme Court on bankruptcy cases rendered in year 1998 - Also acted as Indonesian legal consultant for Asian Development Bank’s Technical Assistance Project for Countering Money Laundering in the Asian and Pacific Region.
