I am a Chief Accountant at WUJHA Real Estate, a leading developer and operator of residential and commercial properties in Oman. I have over eight years of experience in the real estate and hotel industry, where I have honed my skills in financial accounting, reconciliation, budgeting, and management accounting. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree and I am currently pursuing a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFRS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. My mission is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the financial records and reports, as well as to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities. I lead a team of accountants and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support the strategic goals and vision of WUJHA Real Estate. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and I have experience in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cash flow, and bank reconciliation. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
