About Ibrahim Zaman

Most of my working experience centers around providing services to youth and adolescences. I'm currently pursing my MSW to continue doing this in a more professional degree. I've provided support to children from different socio-economic, cultural, and developmental backgrounds. This support ranges from check-ins and de-escalation, to simply playing and joking with these youths. Currently I'm conducting my field placement at a transfer high school, providing support to at-risk young adults. This support ranges from consensual counseling and therapeutic sessions, to attendance outreach and academic contracts. I've been told by clients, both past and current, that I'm someone they feel they can trust and open up to about anything. It's my goal to provide services to all the clients in a non-judgmental and honest manner. I've been an advocate for the goals and needs of all the children, youth, and young-adults I've worked with. While my main goal is to provide my clients with support, I also strive to make them happy and enjoy participating in the services provided.
