About Ibtisam Sattar

As a Senior QA/QC Engineer at ICAD-KSA, I specialize in project quality management, procurement quality, mechanical systems, and construction site inspections. At the Desert Rock Hotel RED SEA Project, I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential MEP clashes, ensuring compliance with client requirements. My role includes preparing project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and overseeing the installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and fuel oil systems to meet regulatory standards. Previously, I contributed to the New King Abdul Aziz International Airport Project with Saudi Binladin Group, focusing on installation inspections for HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Leveraging my PMP® certification, I bring a collaborative approach to managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering seamless coordination between technical, commercial, logistics, and procurement departments. My goal is to continuously drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence in large-scale construction projects.
