This is me! I am very passionate in taking good care of my contacts, the stakeholders, clients and co-workers. I think it is of utmost importance to keep up the good spirit and to get along with different people. One need to be true to oneself and act with clear visions and aspirations for the work in progress but with the feet on the ground. I have a capacity to adapt well in different situations and to keep calm and go forward even when the surrounding environment might act differently. I have experienced both extremely fast phased organisations as well as more bureaucratic ones where every decision must be taken up to the hierarchy. I have also had stakeholders from very different cultural backgrounds but we have always managed to find a natural way to go forward and maintain a good rapport. My style is not to talk about anyone in a negative way, whether person, organisation or product/service, but I am always trying to raise my own product/project/service with the strengths it has. I really think that solving problems is much more interesting when you do it holistically rather than trying to "sell" nibbles and I am a firm believer in selling or promoting solutions. I feel one is never too old to learn new things and life wide learning is a never ending story. I think the power in getting things done and getting good results from your work is in doing it together with your co-workers and/or stakeholders. Even though I am self-guided and have enjoyed working from home during the pandemic I still believe in collaboration and in sharing ideas to get the business growing and blooming.
